This page covers mustbeviral.com. The site is run by Axiom & Alloy, Inc., a Texas corporation ("we"). Must Be Viral is a product in development. This page explains what the site collects, why, and how to have it removed.
The short version
- The only thing this site collects on purpose is what you type into the waitlist form.
- No cookies, no analytics scripts, no ad pixels.
- We don't sell your details, rent them or share them for anyone else's marketing.
- Email hello@mustbeviral.com and we'll delete your sign-up.
What the waitlist form keeps
- Your email address. This is the only required field.
- The kind of business you run, and if you give them, its name, its city and your note.
- If you came from a link carrying campaign tags (
utm_sourceandutm_campaign), those two tags. They tell us which post or link sent you. - The date and time you signed up, and which of our web addresses took the sign-up.
We don't store your IP address, your browser details or any cookie with your sign-up.
Why we keep it
To write to you about Must Be Viral: when a spot opens, or to ask a question about your business that helps us decide what to build. That's all. We won't add you to anyone else's list.
Where it's kept
Sign-ups are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, the company that hosts this site. Cloudflare processes it for us under its own security and privacy terms. Nobody else gets a copy.
What our host sees
Like any website, Cloudflare handles your IP address and the pages you request in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The site uses your IP address, briefly and in memory, to stop more than a few sign-up attempts a minute from one place. Cloudflare keeps short-lived operational logs. None of this is joined to your sign-up or used to build a profile.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we close the waitlist, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Email hello@mustbeviral.com from the address you signed up with to see what we hold, correct it or delete it. We'll answer within 30 days. If you live somewhere that gives you more rights over your data, write to us and we'll honour them.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this page changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. If a change affects how we use sign-ups we already hold, we'll email the people on the list first.
